- • Healthcare domain knowledge (or fast learner)
- • Self-directed — no daily management
Nice-to-Haves
- • Browser automation / RPA experience
- • AI/LLM integration experience
- • Prior early-stage startup experience
- • UR / prior auth domain knowledge
Anti-Patterns
- • Pure backend engineer who won't be customer-facing
- • Enterprise PM who can't write code
- • Needs structure, process, and a big team behind them
- • “Our way is better” attitude toward client environments
