Current State

Not actively hiring. Building the interview infrastructure and thinking about first hire timing. The first technical hire will likely be a Solutions Engineer / FDE hybrid — someone who can do client-facing technical work AND contribute to product.

  • Healthie Solutions Engineer: $130-150K, Rails/React/TypeScript/GraphQL, 4+ years
  • Palantir FDE: $120-160K, deploy in customer environments, high autonomy
  • Cohere Health (competitor): Similar roles, healthcare AI focus
