Three Revenue Streams
March 4, 2026
The Vision
Three product lines. Each feeds the others.
Stream 1: OS-as-Product
The operating system we're building for ourselves, packaged for small and mid-sized healthcare orgs. Claude Code + Next.js dashboard reading markdown files. Every small healthcare org needs an operating system and none of them have one. We install it, customize it, it grows with them.
Product revenue. Slow growth, very sticky. Once an org runs on it, they don't leave.
Stream 2: Acquire and Consolidate UM Services
Buy a utilization management services or physician advisory business. Absorb rebadged employees from payers and providers — health insurers want to reduce headcount, we offer to take those employees, then automate underneath with agents.
The nurses become managers of agents (see: "everyone is a manager now" memo). Same headcount, dramatically more throughput. Services revenue with software-like margins because the OS and agents do most of the work.
This is the scale play. The real money.
Stream 3: AI Implementation Services
Consulting for large payers and very large provider groups. Services revenue. This is the market intelligence engine — it gets us relationships, teaches us the current state of the market, and builds our talent pipeline.
Feeds deal flow into streams 1 and 2.
How They Connect
- Stream 3 funds stream 1. Services revenue pays for product development.
- Stream 1 proves the model. Shows that the OS works, creates referenceable customers.
- Stream 2 is the scale play. Once the OS and agents are proven, acquire a services business and run it at software margins.
- Stream 3 feeds stream 2. Implementation engagements reveal which services businesses are acquisition targets and which payers are ready to outsource/rebadge.
Where We Are Now
The current DaisyAI product is a training ground — something Michael and Thomas built to teach themselves the domain and the technology. The Premera engagement is stream 3 in miniature. The OS we're building for ourselves is the prototype for stream 1.
Nothing is wasted. It's all R&D.
