  • MCG/InterQual criteria integration
  • Automated determinations without human review

Success Metrics

  • 50% reduction in summary prep time (20min → 10min)

  • Template usable with <2min edits

  • 85% UM flag accuracy

  • 8/10 nurse satisfaction
