Investor Meetings

Transcripts and notes from investor conversations.

Structure

Each meeting gets a file: YYYY-MM-DD-investor-name.md

Example: 2026-01-30-primary-ventures.md

Processing Workflow

When a transcript is dropped in, Claude processes it in two phases:

Phase 1: Extract (per-call)

  1. Summarize — 2-3 sentences on the vibe and substance of the call
  2. Extract every question — Every question the investor asked, verbatim or near-verbatim. Each one gets:
    • Topic area (GTM, Market, Team, Traction, Competition, Technical, Business Model, Vision)
    • Answer quality: strong (landed well, they moved on satisfied), decent (adequate but didn't wow), weak (fumbled, vague, or unconvincing), no answer (dodged or didn't come up naturally)
    • Brief note on what we said (or should have said)
  3. Capture concerns — Objections, skepticism, red flags they raised (distinct from questions — these are statements of doubt)
  4. Note what resonated — Moments of genuine interest, excitement, or agreement
  5. Record signals — Interest level, process hints, timeline, follow-up commitments
  6. Track commitments — What we said we'd do, what they said they'd do
  7. Update investor file — Add to relationship history in ../investors/

Phase 2: Synthesize (cross-call)

After processing the individual meeting, update the analysis layer:

  1. Update question map — Merge new questions into ../analysis/question-map.md
  2. Update answer gaps — Flag new weak/missing answers in ../analysis/answer-gaps.md
  3. Update investor signals — Cross-investor patterns in ../analysis/investor-signals.md
  4. Feed back to materials — If a gap is critical, note it for ../materials/narrative/objections.md and ../materials/deliverables/faq.md
